At Bark Side Graphics, we want your order to arrive safely and as quickly as possible! Please review our shipping details below before placing your order.
Processing Time
All orders are made to order and typically take 2-3 business days to process before shipment.
You’ll receive an email notification once your order has been shipped, including a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.
Shipping Method and Carrier
We ship all orders from southern Ontario, Canada using Chit Chats, which partners with several trusted carriers to ensure reliable delivery across the country.
At this time, we currently ship within Canada only.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has shipped, delivery usually takes:

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, postal delays, or carrier issues.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are based on your province and are automatically calculated at checkout. Orders are shipped from southern Ontario through Chit Chats and include tracking.

Orders to Nunavut, Yukon and the Northwest Territories are shipped directly through Canada Post and rates vary — please contact us for more information before placing your order.
Tracking Your Order
You’ll receive a tracking email once your order has shipped. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your spam or promotions folder.
Shipping Liability and Order Verification
Once your order leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier. Bark Side Graphics is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit.
To ensure transparency and protect both our customers and our business from disputes, we photograph each order before and after packaging. This confirms that your items were packed correctly and in proper condition before shipment.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We’re happy to provide copies of pre-shipment photos upon request to assist with your claim.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot reroute packages once they’ve been shipped, and we are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Refund, Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Bark Side Graphics, every item is made to order with care, just for you. Because of this, all sales are final — we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within a 24-hour grace period from the time the order was placed.
After that, we begin processing and are unable to cancel or modify the order.
Incorrect or Defective Orders
We want you to absolutely love your purchase! If you receive the wrong item or a defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include the following in your email:

A clear photo of the item you received

A brief description of the issue
Once verified, we’ll gladly replace the item or issue a refund, as appropriate.
Returns for Defective Orders
In some cases, we may require the defective or incorrect item to be returned before a replacement or refund is issued.
If a return is needed, Bark Side Graphics will provide a prepaid shipping label for your convenience.
Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days after processing for the refund to appear on your original payment method.
Unauthorized returns or items sent back without approval will not be accepted.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for size, color, or style preferences. Please review product descriptions and size charts carefully before ordering.

We are not responsible for sizing errors, color variations due to screen settings, or delays caused by shipping carriers.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
