Frequently Asked Questions
Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship within Canada.

International shipping involves high costs (tariffs, customs duties, and border fees) that would make orders too expensive for our customers.

To keep things simple and affordable, we’ve chosen not to offer international shipping at this time.

That said, expanding our shipping worldwide is something we hope to make possible in the future.

What does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are based on your province and are automatically calculated at checkout. Orders are shipped from southern Ontario through Chit Chats and include tracking.

New Brunswick: $13

Orders to Nunavut, Yukon and the Northwest Territories are shipped through Canada Post and rates vary — please contact us for more information before placing your order.
What sizes do you offer?

We carry a variety of sizes that range from S-XXL.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

We also support secure payments through PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within a 12 hour grace period from the time the order was placed.

After that, we begin processing and will not be able to cancel.
Can I return or exchange my order?

All sales are final.

Since we operate as a print-on-demand service, our apparel is made-to-order and we cannot offer returns, refunds or exchanges at this time.

With the exception of receiving the wrong order or a defective item, please contact us with your name, email, order number and photo of the item(received) and we will rectify the problem as soon as we can. You can find our contact form here.
When will I receive my order?

We ship all orders through Chit Chats.

Once your order is placed, please allow a few days for us to prepare and pack your items.

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

Shipping typically takes 3–5 business days, but delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Please note that shipping times begin after your order has been shipped.
My package is lost or damaged...what now?

Once your order leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier.
-
Bark Side Graphics is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit.

If your package appears to be lost or has not arrived within the expected timeframe, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. They will have the most accurate tracking information and the ability to investigate the issue.

To support your claim, we’re happy to provide pre-shipment photos of your order. These images confirm the condition and contents of your package before it left our facility. Just reach out to us with your order number, and we’ll gladly send them to you.

Do you take custom orders?

While we don't accept individual custom orders at this time, we do welcome collaboration opportunities with other businesses, brands, or organizations.
